AxessPointe, a Federally Qualified Community Health Center serving Northeast Ohio, needed new marketing materials to distribute at board meetings. These materials were designed to give an overview of who AxessPointe is and the impact they make on the community. They were designed as stacking one-pagers to that one can quickly locate the page they are looking for.
